The only vendors we share your information with are vendors you have selected and authorized us to contact on your behalf — for example, a florist, photographer, caterer, or venue you have chosen. We share only what is reasonably necessary to plan or coordinate your event effectively (such as names, contact details, event date, venue, guest count, timeline notes, or other details you have asked us to pass along).

If you have not selected a vendor and authorized us to share your information with them, we will not give them your data.

Photography and Client Images

We may use photographs from events we coordinate or provide bartending services for on our website, social media, and marketing materials. All client photography is used in accordance with the permissions granted in our client contracts. Clients may request in writing that their event photos not be used for marketing purposes, and we will honor such requests.

Third-Party Services

We currently use Formspree to process contact form submissions so we can receive your inquiry. Formspree is a service provider that handles that information on our behalf; it is not a sale of your data. Please review their Privacy Policy for more information.
