Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services provided by Hustle & Bustle Coordination, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website, booking a consultation, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

We provide wedding planning, day-of coordination, and professional bartending services. Specific services, pricing, and deliverables will be outlined in a separate client agreement or proposal.

Client Agreements

All paid services are provided under a written client contract. These website Terms are in addition to, and do not replace, the terms of any signed agreement between you and Hustle & Bustle Coordination, LLC. If a signed client agreement has different consultation terms, the signed agreement controls.

Consultations

By booking a consultation through our scheduling link, you agree to this section. We keep the policy simple: life happens, so a single miss is not billed. Repeated missed time is reserved time we cannot give to someone else, so it does have a consequence.

What these consultation terms cover

Paid planning, coordination, and bartending services begin only when a separate written client agreement is signed.

How consultations are booked

Consultation times are not booked from the website contact form. After we connect by email, we send a Zoho Bookings link so you can choose a time. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a consultation or your event date. All appointment times are in Pacific Time.

Canceling or rescheduling a consultation

You must cancel or reschedule at least 1 hour before the appointment start time. Use the link in your Zoho Bookings confirmation email, or contact us at riley@hustlebustlecoordination.com or (503) 724-7644.

A change made at least 1 hour before is always allowed and is not a miss. If we need to change the time, we will notify you as soon as we can and offer a new appointment. Our change does not count as a miss.

Please join on time. If you arrive late, we will still end at the original end time so later commitments stay on track. More than 15 minutes late without notice may be treated as a no-show.

What counts as a miss

A “miss” means canceling or asking to reschedule with less than 1 hour’s notice, or not attending (a no-show), including joining more than 15 minutes late without notice. Genuine emergencies (sudden illness, family emergency, or similar) may be waived at our discretion. Please tell us as soon as you can.

First miss — no fee

The first miss does not carry a fee. We will offer one courtesy reschedule of that same consultation so a single mix-up does not cost you.

Two or more misses

If a second miss (or any miss after that) happens, we protect reserved time as follows:

In addition, after two or more misses, a $75 missed-time fee is due before we reserve another consultation appointment. This is not a penalty for hiring us — it is only for repeated unused time on the calendar.

Payment

Payments are processed via Wave. The following payment terms apply unless otherwise stated in your invoice or proposal:

Refunds

All payments are non-refundable except as noted under Event Cancellations & Changes below.

Event Cancellations & Changes

The following applies to booked events and paid service agreements, not to consultation appointments (see Consultations above).

Insurance & Safety

We are insured and TIPS-certified. Upon request, we will provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI). Requests to name an additional insured are available for an additional fee.

You agree to provide a safe venue and indemnify us for issues arising from guest behavior or venue conditions (except our direct negligence). We reserve the right to refuse service for safety reasons, including the right to refuse service to any person who appears intoxicated. If conditions are unsafe, we may leave the event without penalty.

Photography and Marketing

By engaging our services, you agree that we may use photographs from your event for marketing purposes (including but not limited to our website, social media, and promotional materials), as permitted in your client contract. If you prefer that your event not be featured publicly, please notify us in writing prior to your event date.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hustle & Bustle Coordination, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the date of the last update.
